Movies On Demand on Cable Schedule – November 2017

The centerpiece of November for Movies on Demand is the animated Disney/Pixar’s Cars 3. See below for the rest of the exciting slate of major studio and indie new releases making their television premieres via Movies on Demand (MOD) on cable’s VOD platform.

KIDS’ ANIMATED TITLES

The third film in the huge Cars kids franchise with its fantastic animation is Disney/Pixar’s Cars 3, featuring Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson) who enlists the help of a young race technician to get back in the sport he loves.

The latest in another famous animated kids franchise is The Nut Job 2: Nutty By Nature, featuring Will Arnett as the squirrel trying to save his home. Other voices include Katherine Heigl and Jackie Chan. In Leap! an orphan girl (Elle Fanning) dreams of becoming a ballerina and flees her rural Brittany for Paris, aiming to dance with the Paris Opera Ballet.

FALL FOR ACTION

Garnering 93% positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes is Logan Lucky, from famed Director Steven Soderbergh (Ocean’s Eleven, Traffic), featuring two brothers (Channing Tatum and Adam Driver) who execute an elaborate robbery during a legendary race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson star in the outrageous action comedy The Hitman’s Bodyguard, as an elite bodyguard and renowned hitman who are forced to work together, with action taking them from England to The Hague. MOD action continues in Europe with Atomic Blonde, as Charlize Theron is a special agent who is double-crossed as she attempts to escape out of Berlin with a priceless dossier.
