Supervisor, Movie Programming and Scheduling

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for majority of administrative department duties, including the following:
o VOD Corrections
o Studio Booking letters
o DBO tracking
o Early EST tracking
o Holdback tracking
o Premium title tracking
o Spanish language translation requests
o Comcast Movie Schedule
• Work closely with Manager, Movie Programming & Scheduling to determine action items based on tracking results
• Work closely with IT to facilitate upgrades and requests as appropriate
• Provide quick and accurate responses to department heads and affiliates as needed
• Assist all scheduling teams (MOD, Movie Collections, EST) on new programming and scheduling initiatives and special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in related industry
• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in related area

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Microsoft NT software
• Previous experience in working with databases both internal and external
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Rigid attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across multiple areas of the company
