Marketing Coordinator

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help coordinate procurement of material for movie and television promotional products (i.e. promo spots, trailers and artwork)
• Screen for quality control all inbound material and outbound promotional assets
• Coordinate work orders with Creative Services team
• Distribution of finished promotions to MSOs, affiliates and other related parties
• Creation of on-air PPV traffic logs as well as generic promotional schedules
• Assist in promotional library operations, which includes tracking and storage of materials as well as consolidating digital library

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word and databases
• Ability to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on all tasks and projects
• Excellent communication skills – in particular: superior email and phone etiquette
• Must be able to work well within a team, have a customer-centric attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity and willingness to learn the fundamentals of movie, event, and sports marketing, media acquisition, distribution and storage as well as all aspects of television traffic
• Knowledge of Premiere and/or Photoshop, a plus

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in related area
• One year experience in a television or movie office environment preferred, but will consider entry level candidates
