CREATIVE COORDINATOR

DEPARTMENT: CREATIVE SERVICES

REPORTS TO: VICE PRESIDENT CREATIVE SERVICES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Creative Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to Creative Services Department.

• Manages departmental calendars
• Serve as Creative Services’ liaison with other departments
• Works with supervisor to foster departmental solutions
• Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest industry developments
• Responsible for timely submissions of awards show applications
• Coordinates production schedules and tracks milestone delivery dates.
• Liaises with Marketing Department
• Submits work orders to document and track creative projects
• Track project approvals through internal departments and externally with MSO’s and Studios
• Tracks invoices
• Coordinates and books travel for department personnel
• Processes expense reports
• Participates in Creative Team meetings
• Keeps supervisor apprised of the status of work
• Prioritizes tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines
• Reviews and advises Creative Manager of portfolios of potential freelancers and staff candidates
• Works closely with the VP Creative Services and HR to hire freelancers

REQUIREMENTS:
• College Degree, preferably in related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer literate – Word, Excel, Calendars, Full Microsoft Suite
• Team player
• Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented
