Senior Account Manager Content Partnerships

iN DEMAND is a world leader in providing exciting transactional content delivered through television’s most innovative technologies. iN DEMAND creates, acquires and delivers programming through Pay-Per-View (PPV), Video on Demand (VOD) as well as on digital platforms. iN DEMAND’s Content Partnerships team manages relationships and negotiates carriage agreements with Multichannel Video Programming Distributor (MPVDs) offering Pay-Per-View (PPV), Video on Demand (VOD), and out-of-market sports packages across set top box, web, and mobile devices. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with the right energy, spirit, personal drive, and track record to develop and manage successful partnerships. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Content Partnerships to drive revenue growth from new and existing accounts and support new business development efforts.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and develop relationships with Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (MVPDs) with a focus on growth activities
• Negotiate and execute new or expanded carriage agreements (VOD, SVOD, PPV, and out-of-market sports packages) from an assigned portfolio of MVPD accounts
• Manage the vetting of inbound business inquiries; analyze/assess key business risks and opportunities with internal stakeholders
• Support VP in evaluating new partnership opportunities and developing client presentations and proposals
• Evaluate competitive landscape; gather and understand competitive trends in pricing, business models, new technology, and product deployments
• Support client requests and issues in a timely and thorough manner
• Work with Legal to manage contracts and deadlines for renewals
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to support new content launches on behalf of our programmer and MVPD clients
• Build strong working relationships with key account stakeholders in programming, marketing, and product groups

QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS Degree
• Minimum of three to five years of related experience in content distribution, account management, or business development at a network, studio, MVPD, or OTT video provider
• Proven track record in building and developing external relationships
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously; Superior analytical, time management, and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working effectively against deadlines
• Ability to process and manage detailed information while keeping perspective on the bigger picture
• Must work well with people from all levels of organization from many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Some travel is required
