Movies On Demand on Cable Schedule Update - March 2013 

Awards Season 2013 may be over, but the most memorable films of the season are still playing or coming soon to Movies On Demand (MOD) on cable in March. MOD viewers can catch up on titles people are talking about, including nominees and winners, whether they missed them in the theaters or want to share them again at home.*

March 2013 Movies On Demand on cable major studio premieres:

Premiering in March are an impressive number of nominated titles including four for Best Picture: "Lincoln," "Zero Dark Thirty," "Les Miserables," and "Life of Pi." Plus viewers can catch nominees "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" and Best Animated Feature Film nominee "Wreck-It Ralph."  Hit titles "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2," and "Rise of the Guardians" also premiere.  (Click HERE to see a complete list of nominated titles playing on MOD.)

All of the major releases below premiere on MOD the same day as DVD and are offered in both standard and high-definition*, along with many indies. Highlights of the March 2013 roster of indie titles premiering on Movies On Demand include the critically-acclaimed "Hitchcock" with Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren and the Best Foreign Film-nominated "A Royal Affair."  "Smashed" received positive reviews and was honored at Sundance in 2012. Not to miss is Sean Penn's performance in "This Must Be the Place" as a retired rock star out to revenge his father's Nazi tormentors.  Viewers can check out "Wuthering Heights" which got good reviews, and "Rust and Bone" with Marion Cotillard which also received great critical reception.
